We at GM Modular are looking out for a Showroom Executive who will be responsible for providing expert product knowledge, selection assistance and customer service to the walking clients.


Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Meeting and greeting the walkin customers
  • To ensure that walking clients are extended the highest levels of customer service at all times.
  • Promote Sales by demonstrating products and explaining our services to walk in clients
  • Maintaining contact lists and visitors records and sending daily reports to the reporting Manager
  • Handling Customer Queries and getting them resolved on a timely basis.
  • Handling administrative work and making sure the showroom floor runs smoothly.
  • Maintaining the brand image to the highest standards
  • Updating client details and regular follow ups
  • To ensure that the showroom and all displays are neat and tidy at all times
  • Capacity to convince stubborn and indecisive clients to make purchases.
  • Topnotch training and mentoring skills.
  • Outstanding teamwork and communication abilities.
  • Excellent written skills.

Pay:
From ₹30,000.00 per month
