Agile Career Counselor/Advisor

We are seeking an Agile Career Counselor/Advisor to join our team and provide expert guidance and support to individuals pursuing careers in Agile methodologies and related fields.

As an Agile Career Counselor/Advisor, you will work closely with individuals seeking career transitions, skill development, and growth opportunities within Agile environments.

Your role will involve assessing their strengths, goals, and interests, and helping them chart a clear path towards successful Agile careers.

Responsibilities:

Career Counseling: Conduct oneonone sessions with individuals seeking career guidance in Agile categories. Listen to their aspirations, assess their skills, and provide tailored advice to align their career goals with Agile opportunities.
Skill Assessment: Evaluate the current skill sets of clients and identify areas where improvement or additional training is required for success in Agile roles.
Training Recommendations: Recommend appropriate Agile training programs, courses, certifications, or workshops based on individual needs and career goals.
Career Planning: Work with clients to create personalized career development plans that encompass shortterm and longterm goals within the Agile domain.
Job Market Analysis: Stay up to date with industry trends and job market demands within the Agile space to provide clients with accurate and relevant information.
Networking Assistance: Guide individuals on building professional networks and connecting with industry professionals and communities in the Agile field.
Resume and

Interview Coaching:
Provide support in crafting effective Agile-focused resumes and preparing for Agile-related interviews.

Mentorship: Offer ongoing mentorship and support to individuals throughout their Agile career journey.
Evaluation and Feedback: Monitor clients' progress and conduct regular evaluations to ensure their career development is on track. Provide constructive feedback to help them overcome challenges and reach their goals.

Requirements:

Educational Background: bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Business, Human Resources, or equivalent experience. Agile certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner) are a plus.
Experience: Significant experience (X+ years) in Agile methodologies, Scrum, or related fields. Prior experience in career counseling, coaching, or advising is advantageous.
Indepth Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of Agile principles, practices, and frameworks. Familiarity with Agile project management tools and software is beneficial.
Strong Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and provide clear guidance effectively.
Empathy and Patience: Demonstrated ability to empathize with individuals in different career stages and guide them patiently through their career choices.
Adaptability: Ability to adapt to varying client needs and stay updated with evolving Agile practices and trends.
Networking Skills: Proven ability to establish and maintain professional networks within the Agile community.

Salary:
₹200, ₹600,000.00 per year
