Customer Success Executive Reports to - Manager Client Success and Quality

full-time remote role for a Client Success Executive at VMax Wellness. The executive will manage client relationships, customer satisfaction, client communication, account management, and sales.

Key Responsibilities (KRA):
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
- Understand clients' needs and challenges, and provide solutions accordingly.
- Guide clients in utilising our program and services effectively and efficiently.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or crosssell additional products or services to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, services, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and growth.
- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, communicating client feedback, requests, and trends.
- Handle client escalations promptly and effectively, resolving issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Audit service calls to identify opportunities to improve and share feedback with the respective service coaches.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the health and fitness industry.
- Language Preference
- English and Telugu.
- Proven experience in a clientfacing role, preferably in the health and fitness industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically to provide effective solutions.
- Goaloriented mindset with a focus on driving client success and satisfaction.
- Selfmotivated and able to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools to track client interactions and manage relationships.
- Understanding of health and fitness industry trends, products, and services.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic environment, managing multiple clients and priorities simultaneously.
- Passion for health and fitness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their wellness goals.
