Mobilization of manpower

Executing the civil work as per approved drawing

Coordination with site for achieving the budget parameters

Monitoring of Sales, Invoice, JCR and Working Capital of all project sites to achieve the committed budget parameters

Identifying the risk and opportunities against budget vs actual and mitigating the risk to achieve the target

Monitoring the work progress and organizing the required resources & materials to complete the project as per construction schedule

Identifying and resolving the contractual deviations between the Sub Contractor / Consultant / Client by providing the justifications through terms and conditions of contract

Reconciling the SC Paid vs Client Certified quantities for all the major Project Sites

Preparation of monthly Sub Contractor billing

Raising Purchase Requisition
