Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team.

As a Clinical Psychologist, you will play a crucial role in providing mental health assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and therapeutic interventions to children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, and psychological challenges.

Your expertise will contribute to improving the well-being and quality of life for young individuals and their families.


Responsibilities:


Assessment and Diagnosis:

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to evaluate the emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning of children and adolescents.

Utilize standardized assessment tools, interviews, and observation to gather relevant information for accurate diagnosis.


Treatment Planning:

Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment results and clinical expertise.

Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to establish treatment goals and strategies.


Individual and Group Therapy:

Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to children and adolescents using age-appropriate therapeutic techniques.

Address a wide range of psychological issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and behavioral disorders.


Family Involvement:

Work closely with families to educate them about their child's psychological challenges and involve them in the therapeutic process.

Provide guidance and support to parents in managing their child's emotional and behavioral difficulties.


Crisis Intervention:

Respond effectively to crisis situations, such as suicidal ideation, self-harm, or severe behavioral disturbances, using appropriate crisis intervention techniques.


Collaboration and Consultation:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, educators, and other healthcare professionals, to ensure comprehensive care.

Provide consultation to schools, pediatricians, and other community stakeholders on matters related to child mental health.


Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain accurate and organized clinical records in accordance with ethical and legal guidelines.

Prepare timely progress reports, treatment summaries, and evaluation outcomes.


Professional Development:

Stay up-to-date with the latest research, interventions, and best practices in child psychology and mental health.

Pursue continuing education and training to enhance your clinical skills.


Qualifications:

B.sc / M.sc / M.phil in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.

RCI licensure as a Clinical Psychologist.

Specialization or experience in child and adolescent psychology.

Proficiency in administering and interpreting psychological assessment tools.

Strong knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with children, adolescents, and their families.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines.

Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to make a positive impact on young lives.


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time, Fresher

Part-time hours: 48 per week


Salary:
From ₹20,000.00 per month
