Description

We are looking for an empathetic and knowledgeable Sales Associates Team to join us in aiding students in selecting and deciphering their career decisions.


As a Sales Associate, you should be able to direct students in developing attainable long-term career goals by taking our service.

You need to uncover students' strengths, administer and then confer with clients to deliberate findings obtained. Moreover, you should be able to provide successful conversions with strategic business development.
Key job responsibilities

  • Identifying new development channels.
  • Promoting the company and its product/service
  • Identifying underperforming products and services
  • Building an indepth knowledge of our offers, pricing, and policies.
  • Will be responsible for monitoring sales in their designated zone.
  • Explore and refining existing sales proposals are all the fields
  • Analyse consumer behavior and anticipate developing a strategy for consumer problems and needs
  • Help us spread Logyify's vision of career counseling in your city
  • Showcase the unique career counseling roadmap to schools and organizations
  • Building an indepth knowledge of our plan, pricing, and features.
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate and finalize deals by our contract guidelines and policies.

The type of employment would be contract-based for at least the first 4 months.

Basic Qualification
Either of the following
(i) Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, or a related similar field from a recognized university
(ii) MBA will be preferred.


CTC RANGE:
3-5 LPA
Incentives will be discussed


Salary:
From ₹25,000.00 per month
