Inside Sales Executive - WNTISE
- Counselling around customers over the phone every day explaining about the company Adhere to SOPs.
- Calling on leads generated through various online and offline campaigns.
- Maintaining longlasting relationships with existing customers through exceptional after sales service.
- Utilizing virtual meetings to build relationships with new customers.
- Developing indepth knowledge of product features and benefits.
- Advising customers on suitable product selection based on their needs and specifications.
- Creating a sales pipeline to accurately reflect the relative placement of sales prospects.
- Assesses competitors by analysing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
- Responsible closing deals and processing payments.
- Influencing consumer choice and preference of service by following a prepared script to give relevant specialty information.
- Maintaining procedures, processes, and quality on all the calls.
- Identify the need of the potential lead and pitch products / offerings from Tatvacare as per the patient need.
- Effectively communicate with patients to gain commitment to purchase.
- Experienced in objections handling and probing.
- Strong forte on followup calls ensuring conversions.
- Making calls (minimum to patient to explain about the company
- Engage patients and keep the conversation going.
- Listening to the Patient needs to generate repeat sales.
- Answering patient's queries on the products.
- Meeting sales targets consistently month on month.
