Description
Responsibilities The role of an Associate Faculty involves the following tasks, functions, and responsibilities:

  • Prepare lesson plans in advance and use ScienceAlaya methodology to teach students in the classroom.
  • Deliver classroom sessions in both online and offline modes. The online classes will be recorded classes and will be analysed for quality purpose.
  • Keep a track of students' class work and homework on an ongoing basis
  • Ensure discipline and punctuality is maintained in the classroom
  • Organize doubt solving sessions and extra classes, if requested by students
  • Take attendance of students on regular basis
  • Provide career and personal counselling to students on academics and future goals
  • Organize PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) to discuss about students' progress.

Job Types:

Salary:
₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
