Telemarketing Executive - Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India - Apping Technology
Description
A telemarketing executive works in a customer-facing role to engage potential customers, provide accurate information about a company's products and services, address customer concerns and help improve sales.
They are responsible for understanding their needs and preferences, communicating the value of the company's products and services and, depending on the objective of the call, persuading them to take an action such as making a purchase, scheduling a demo or appointment or taking a survey.
They also assist the sales and marketing teams to learn more about the customer's needs and preferences, creating marketing campaigns and identifying new opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Creating achievable sales goals that grow progressively larger over time.
- Place phone calls to potential clients from our computerized directory
- Perform script (with necessary adjustments) to ensure consistency of sales program
- Answer potential clients' questions about new sales program
- Generate between 10 to 15 US client qualified leads per day
- Set appointments with prospective client based on our sales associates' schedules
- Train other telemarketers when required
- Communicate any problems, concerns or questions to Manager.
- Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times.
Requirements:
- Experienced in direct client communication, will be an advantage.
- Experience of at least 1 year as a telemarketing executive within the industry.
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
- Capacity to remain respectful, particularly when speaking to disgruntled clients.
- Excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
- Proficient in remote conferencing tools such as Zoom and Google Meet.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
Job Types:

Pay:
₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- US shift

- Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
