Job Summary:


Key Responsibilities:


  • Researching and identifying tender opportunities that align with the company's strategic objectives.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather required information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and editing tender documents, ensuring compliance with all requirements and specifications.
  • Managing the tender submission process, including preparing and submitting documents within specified deadlines.
  • Following up on submitted tenders and addressing any queries or clarifications from tendering authorities.
  • Maintaining accurate records of all tender documents, submissions, and outcomes.
  • Supporting the development of tendering strategies and best practices to improve the company's success rate.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 12 years of experience in tender management or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of the tendering process and documentation requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working under pressure.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working in the [Insert Industry, if applicable] sector.
  • Familiarity with tendering platforms and online submission systems.
  • Knowledge of contract management principles.
  • Certification in tender management or related field is a plus.
