Job Summary:
About the Role:
- The role is for middle management, and will report to the central leadership team.
- Stakeholders involved will be at CXO level and Business Heads.
- Role: TECH RECRUITER CUM HR BP
- KRA:
- Handle strategies and end to end recruitment for Digital and Technology
- Data Science, Analytics, App Development etc
- Work Cohesively with the Central Leadership for manpower planning.
- Handle HRBP responsibilities for the function.
- Work on full?cycle recruitment for Business Consulting and Technology/Product Engineering units for skills such as fullstack, blockchain, cloud etc.
- Anchor recruitment for client to hire for senior leadership & management consultants
- Maintaining the right source mix for units based on the past data and recent trends
- Interact with Business stakeholders and hiring managers to understand the unit's growth plan, new deals etc. to account for related hiring needs
- Coordinate with support teams to ensure due diligence before offer release
- Experience: 510 years
- Location: Mumbai
