Introduction:


Responsibilities and Duties:


Outbound Calling:


  • Conduct outbound calls to targeted consumer leads to introduce our products/services and generate sales opportunities.
  • Engage with potential customers in a friendly and professional manner, articulating the benefits and features of our offerings.
  • Build rapport with prospects to understand their needs, address their concerns, and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pitch and Presentation:


  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations over the phone to effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Educate prospects on the benefits and advantages of choosing our solutions, emphasizing how they meet their needs and preferences.

Negotiation and Closing:


  • Skillfully handle objections and overcome resistance to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure sales and achieve monthly or quarterly targets.
  • Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the onboarding or purchasing process.

Relationship Building:


  • Foster positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service and addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:


  • Maintain accurate records of outbound calling activities, including call logs, lead interactions, and sales outcomes, using CRM software.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, achievements, and forecasts to the sales management team.

Collaboration and Communication:


  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers to share insights, coordinate activities, and drive collective success.

Required Experience and Qualifications:


  • Minimum 23 years of experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, preferably in a B2C environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close deals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.
  • Selfmotivated, goaloriented, and resultsdriven with a passion for sales.

₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
