  • Looking for passionate individuals who are keen in working as a telecaller executive with our sales department. Telecaller executives reflects the company so the individuals should be absorbed and engrossed in the training and the work they are required to do so that they can sway the customers and work with their full potential.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Answering the phone calls and providing every single detail regarding the product and services offered by the company
Managing database on daily basis

Making records of the phone calls

Resolving issues and queries of the customers politely

Suggesting solutions based on customer's need and requirements

Taking and processing product orders in a professional manner


Skills required:

  • Minimum 12 th pass or graduation in any stream
Impacting communication skills

Hardworking and multitasking

Phone etiquettes

Work experience as a telecaller or fresher

Exceptional oral skills

Ability to work in team and individually

Ability to manage pressure and anger

Time management skills

Strong decision making skills
