Job Title:Service Team Manager

Job Role:This role is responsible for after-sales service and team management of service technicians (ITI/Diploma Technicians)

Daily Job Responsibilities:


  • Generate service revenue for the Company of Annual Maintenance Contracts.
  • Assure accuracy and appropriateness of Annual Maintenance Contract documentation and attachments
  • Setup new Annual Maintenance Contracts; terminate expired Annual Maintenance Contracts and
general maintenance of active contracts

  • Maintain excellent relations with the customers and maintain close communications and coordination with principle team representatives
  • Independently troubleshoot and solve technical problems and service issues at customer site
  • Supervise a team of service (ITI) technicians and support their daytoday operations
  • Train and coach the ITI service technicians for better customer service
  • The job demands Field Work, Travel and Customer contact

Experience Requirement:5 years and Above

Education Requirement:Diploma/Degree in Electrical/ Electronic Engineering

Key Skills:Maintenance of UPS, Battery, Inverter, Customer Service, Client Relation, Supervision
