Description
Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and liaising with suppliers.

  • Coordinate administrative procedures and systems, such as recordkeeping, document management, and office maintenance.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and management.
  • Maintain databases and filing systems, ensuring accuracy and accessibility of information.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
  • Uphold confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹35, ₹40,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

Experience:
