Roles and Responsibilities:

Listing products on various e-commerce website portals such as Amazon, eBay, Flipkart, Myntra, Walmart, Nykaa, Ajio and other Marketplaces
Preparing catalogue sheets for listing products including catalogue details such as titles, descriptions, keywords etc. - Manage daily operations for commerce including preparing and updating product catalogue (product data / specification and images) on marketplaces
Good understanding about placement of Keywords, Making Title, Bullet Points and E-Commerce SEO Friendly Product Description.
Managing and maintaining e-commerce portals. Inventory management & Listing quality control
Maintaining and enhancing brand content as well as running sponsored ads, promotions, coupons, deals of the day, etc.
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Generating all kind of business reports, Sales Report, Return Report and give the business insight to the management to add value input to improve the business efficiently.
Manage all aspects of the e-commerce operations includes but not limited to order management, returns and cancellations, inventory management, and other aspects of ecommerce
1. Highly selfmotivated person/team worker.
Experience of handling errors via bulk sheet upload.
Good knowledge of amazon & flipkart & other e-commerce portals.
Good Knowledge of MS Excel like V Lookup, Filters, Pivot Etc.
Strong command over Microsoft Excel.
Desire to work in a fast -paced, challenging environment.
Attention to detail and capability to work on multiple projects in parallel.
Quick grasper and self-learner.
Minimum 2 years of experience in ecommerceDo you love creating and editing helpful customer-facing communications? Key responsibilities:

Write clear & compelling content for various mediums
Work on defining and upholding the bar for customer-facing content for brands
Collaborate with the brand to define content that will inform a reader about the product, teach about the product and provide other relevant information about a product
Ensure timely and appropriate responses
Maintain high content standards with no plagiarism in their output at all times.
Research the brand, products, and services & competitors and create a comprehensive content plan for the brand
Establish tone, character, and messages that will effectively communicate with the target audience and fulfill the project objectives
