Roles and Responsibilities**Position Name-Tender Executive

Reporting to-Senior Manager, Operations

Location-Victory Polychem Private Limited, Bhare, Pirangut & (Travel as required PAN India)

Position Description
Vast experience in filling all kinds of online and offline tenders like E-procurement. Specifically looking for someone who has successfully closed maximum Tenders (L-1 & L-2). Well versed in Bidding Process. Bid Management. Proposal Management. Proposal Writing. Budgeting. Forecasting. Contracts. Tender Preparation.

Work -E-Portal Handling

02-Complete Tender management

Online/Offline Tender Submission of Various Government Departments.
Preparing various Documents as per tender requirements.
Telephonic and Written Communication with Clients regarding Tenders/ Works etc.
Visits to the Clients office for Tender Meetings, Documentation & Billing Process
Coordinate to prepare Sales Order, Track progress of work & prepare reports.
Arrange the Tender Fees, EMD etc. for related tender, final tender documents with the checklist.
Configure the PC set to submit the tender successfully. Coordinate with tender agencies and purchasers.

Relevant Experience:

5+ Years

Educational requirements
B.Sc./any graduation

Other Requirements
Should have his own two wheeler.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Experience with tendering - 2 to3 years
