Job Description:
- Maintain and manage all social media accounts, review sites, and other marketing channels
- Ensure that all accounts are uptodate, accurate, and engaging with our target audience
- Respond to all customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage and track customer reviews and ratings
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies
- Manage organizational issues related to our presence in marketing spaces such as purchasing accounts, etc.
Ideal Profile:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or similar role on Facebook & Google
- Relevant portfolio showcasing past work experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with social media platforms and review sites
Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
