Description
Good understanding of EOBs

  • Analyze and post payments and adjustments to the client billing system
  • Responsible for all possible posting errors and Ensure accurate processing of all transactions
  • Reviewing and adjusting the claim and the patient's account according to the EOB to bill or credit patient if needed.
  • Should be able to understand US healthcare guidelines
  • Should be capable of interpreting and processing EOBs, research, correct and resubmit denied claims

JOB REQUIREMENTS

To be considered for this position, applicants need to meet the following qualification criteria:

  • 1-2 Years of experience in US healthcare / Payment posting/ Cash Posting
  • Fluent verbal communication abilities / call center expertise
  • Knowledge on RCM process will be an additional advantage
  • Willingness to work continuously in night shifts
  • Basic working knowledge of computers.
  • Prior experience of working in a medical billing company and use of medical billing software will be considered an advantage. We will provide training on the client's medical billing software as part of the training.
Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus.


Salary:
₹197, ₹1,147,955.93 per year
