Responsibilities

  • Legal Drafting
  • Preparation, Research & Preparing for Trial
  • Initiating Pre-Litigation Processes
  • For Litigation-Drafting, Vetting etc.
  • Preparing/Drafting Discoveries & Responses
  • Federal Laws Understanding and Knowledge
  • US State Laws Understanding and Knowledge
  • Litigation and Prelitigation
  • Working for US, Europe and Canadian Laws
  • Calendaring, Paralegal, Legal Assistant
  • Client Coordination
  • Team Handling

Skills Required:

Relevant Experience in legal and corporate

Knowledge of Laws (Indian, International)

Knowledge of legal tools, and Research


Qualifications:

Proficiency in English

Must be law a Graduate.

Must have 1yr of experience.

Excellent multitasking, time management, and organizational skills


Job Type:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Schedule:

  • Night shift
