Description

Responsibilities:


  • Should communicate with customers regarding their orders, payments & helping them with the information they need.
  • Should coordinate with the other teams regarding customer requests & order information.
  • Should help them in the return & exchange processes.
  • Should communicate with them over mails, calls & messages.
  • Should coordinate with Store & Customer support teams.
  • Should act as a medium of communication between the customer and the product.

Job Skills:


  • Should be able to politely explain to customers regarding the information they ask for.
  • Should be able to communicate in Hindi & English.
  • Should have a polite and pleasing attitude.
  • Should be able to convince customers when required.

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
