We are looking for an
HR Executive to assist our company's recruiting, and employee performance programs.


Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience of 1 Year as an HR Executive or similar role in an
    IT Industry
:


  • Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Experience with fullcycle recruiting
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Demonstrable leadership abilities
  • Solid communication skills
  • MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field

Job Types:

Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:

Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
