Description

IT Helpdesk Management

  • Receiving complaints from employees regarding issues with their computers/laptops
  • Troubleshoot all technology issues
  • Maintain log and/or list of required repairs and maintenance
  • Coordinate with AMCs to get the issues resolved
  • Ensure Licensing of Softwares, timely antivirus, Renewal of softwares is done
  • Oversee troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery and provides expert support when necessary

Asset
Management

  • Make recommendations about purchase of technology resources phones, laptops, EPBAX, Biometric systems
  • Assist in the planning and implementation of additions, deletions and major modifications to networks & servers
Implement network security

  • Research current and potential resources and services
  • Build and maintain vendor relationships and manages the purchase of hardware and software products.
  • Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies
  • Ensures that company assets are tagged and maintained responsibly.
Maintain inventory of all hardware


ERP Management

  • Prepare MIS Reports as guided
  • Train the users on the about existing and potential use of existing and new softwares
  • Provide individual training and support on request
  • Communicate with external agencies to resolve issues of users while using the software
  • Provide recommendations about accessing information and support and help in preparing various MIS reports as required by the Management

Hardware Management

  • Ensure regular maintenance of all IT systems phones, laptops, EPBAX, Biometric systems
  • Provide network access to all staff
  • Install work stations
  • Connect and set up hardware
  • Load all required software
  • Provide network accounts and passwords as required
  • Monitor security of all technology
  • Install and maintain Foolproof passwords
  • Input and maintain IP addresses
  • Advise staff of security breach and/or change in password or security status
  • Ensure installation of lock out programs
  • Identify and prepare hardware for disposal when appropriate
  • Ensure hardware is stripped and secured before disposal

Facilities Management

  • Water
  • Buy water dispensers, aqua guard machines. Coordinate with vendors for AMC of water dispensers


  • Tea/Coffee

  • Buy & Coordinate with vendors for AMC of vending machines
  • Consumables & Toiletries
  • Receiving requisition & buying to fulfill the same


  • A/C

  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC for service calls


  • Systems

  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC, purchase of antivirus software and troubleshooting of any computer/laptop issues


  • Electrical Works

  • Receiving and fulfilling requisition of lights & fans.


  • Pest Control

  • Coordinate with vendors for AMC


  • Stationery Management

  • Buying of Office Stationery, Receiving & fulfilling of requisition of stationery, Maintaining database of distributed office stationery, Receiving requisition for all printed office material from all locations, Approving orders on the basis of requisitions, Coordinating with vendors for printing of all printed office material requirements


  • Housekeeping

  • Preparing daily, weekly, fortnightly, monthly, annual housekeeping schedules and ensuring that it is followed as per schedule


  • Pantry Management

  • Ensure tea, coffee, water, snacks is organized for the team as well as guests, as and when required


  • Courier

  • Coordinating with vendors for courier of office material or documents, Preparing & Filing of PODs (Proof of Delivery) for every courier, Maintaining records of daily couriers, Preparing courier sheet for every courier vendor, Checking, approving & forwarding bills of courier vendors, Maintaining inward/outward registers of courier, Troubleshooting with Area Managers for held up shipments & delayed deliveries, Meeting rooms

Set Up:
Ensuring meeting rooms/conference are set up for clients and meetings

  • Office furniture & Fixtures: Repairs and maintenance of office furniture & fixtures, as and when required
  • Timely payments of utility bills like Water, Electricity, Telephone, Internet and Mobile, as per due dates
  • Managing all persons involved (office boys/drivers/others) in managing facilities in office
  • Receiving requests from people for any issues relating to infrastructure
  • Facilities, Housekeeping, Pantry, Stationery & courier
  • Renewal of all office//car insurance policies as per due dates

Salary:
₹250, ₹300,000.00 per year
