Architect - Residential Plotted Development- Lead architectural planning for residential plots with a focus on aesthetics and functionality.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Oversee construction implementation of architectural designs.
- Provide technical guidance, resolve design challenges, and ensure quality.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate sustainable design.
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.
- Minimum 5 years experience in residential plotted development architecture.
Salary:
₹30, ₹50,000.93 per month
