Qualification:

MBA in Finance or HR or Masters in Finance or Engineering degree, Degree in sustainability

Years of experience :
Minimum 6 months (internship or project experience )

General expectation:

Interested in pursuing a career in Environment Health and Safety (EHS) / Environment Social Governance (ESG), Sustainability and Climate Change

Passion for the chosen area (e.g. ESG, Climate Change, Sustainability)

Research (30%)
Research annual reports, integrated reports and ESG reports of organisations for ESG goals, strategies and activities.

Consulting (60%)
Analyze supply chain data and GHG data pertaining to supply chain (or other areas as needed, such as HR, Training etc)

Assist clients with preparing sustainability reports, Assist clients with preparing Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) reporting or reporting as per other ESG frameworks

Prepare templates, collect and verify data submitted for ESG reporting to ensure accuracy and completeness

Data collection and prepare write ups for sustainability report as per ESG standards (GRI standards, GHG protocol and implement data collection as per standards)

Assist clients with capturing Scope 1-3 emissions as per Greenhouse Gas protocol

Assist clients with Carbon Disclosure Project, Task force on Climate Related Financial Disclosures

Study proposed projects for ESG (timelines, cost-benefit proposals) and validate supporting data

Analyse client policies and implementation vis-à-vis Sustainability reporting (ESG reporting or as part of BRSR Reporting)

Benchmarking of ESG data and reports

Product Development (40%)
Prepare templates for ESG software for ESG reporting and participate in testing and share results

Essential skills:

Ability to use MS Powerpoint, MS Excel, MS Word and Design and Collaboration tools for visual design

Eye for detail and maintains accuracy

Diligence

Logical thinker

Ability to contribute in teams

Salary:
₹300, ₹350,000.00 per year
