We are a VC-funded startup building India's largest OPD network of healthcare service providers enabling cashless insurance transactions. We are operating across 450+ Cities and 4000+ Pincodes pan India.

  • Offering proactive assistance and support to customers throughout their journey, from prepurchase inquiries to postsales assistance, to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Actively listening to customers' concerns, questions, and feedback to understand their needs fully and offer tailored solutions and responses.
  • Analyzing customer issues and finding effective solutions to resolve problems efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Demonstrating empathy and patience when dealing with frustrated or upset customers, aiming to turn a negative experience into a positive one.
  • Actively seeking customer feedback and insights to help identify areas for improvement and provide valuable input to the organization's customer experience strategy.
  • Staying updated on product or service changes, industry trends, and customer service best practices to improve skills and knowledge.
  • Hindi & English is Mandate Language
  • Th will mandate 6 working day with 1 rotational week off.

Salary:
₹16, ₹18,000.00 per month
