Description

1)Ensuring control of the inventory of Raw Material Consumables as well as tools and physical stock checking of inventory items.

2)Receiving BOM from QC and creating a job for production with reference to sales order and following job order.

3)Till completion of the job Maintain a document of job order(EDP).

4)Maintenance of Stationary Material Stock.

Additional Responsibilities:

1)Providing Daily attendance reports of factory office and lab members HR.

2)Recording EB and Genset reading on daily basis.

3)Monitoring of housekeeping activities.

3)Collecting housekeeping activities.

4)Material Issue of materials to production.

5)Physical control towards accounting store materials.

6)Issuing of gate pass.
