  • Following up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve our processes and policies
To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
  • 12 years of experience as a customer support executive or similar role
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customeroriented attitude and a problemsolving mindset
  • The ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software

Job Types:

₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
