Conduct Supply Chain DueDiligence (SCDD, supplier surveys) for Decarbonization of supply chain andResponsible Minerals Sourcing,
Identification of DueDiligence relevant suppliers.
Provide 1st levelsupport for surveyed suppliers.
Create transparency ofsurvey results by implementation of dashboards, e.g. Tableau.
Implement internal andexternal reporting incl. target tracking.
Assessment of supplierresponses (Additional Due Diligence) and setting of risk status (Red Flag).
Conduct risk mitigationfor red flagged suppliers.
Initiate and implementprocess optimizations
Coordination of a surveyteam
Collaboration with DueDiligence Initiatives, e.g. Responsible Minerals Initiative.
Engagement withcustomers and suppliers for reporting and technical guidance.

Your Qualification

Proven advancedProcurement process and Project Management knowledge.
Basic legal skills
Strategic thinking andstrong analytical skills
Advanced presentationand communication skills
Networking skills
IT Knowledge, tool (Pulse)
MS Office, SAP Ariba
Leadership experience
Excellent Englishlanguage skills
