Description

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Effectively in managing bulk transactions (request for Demat / Remat/ Transfer / Transmission / address change etc & customer correspondence or any other financial services related transactions ).
  • To handle compliance related works/statutory audits (RBI/IRDA/SEBI, NSDL, CDSL) and meet various TAT as prescribed
  • Lead a team of min of 15 executives.
  • Interact and Resolve clients/ Investors/ customer queries.
  • Analyse the flow of volume of transactions periodically and take suitable steps.
  • Review various system related processes at regular interval and update the same to comply with ISO guidelines.
  • Manage all types of clients' escalations and coordinate with various stakeholders to resolve it. Requisites & Responsibilities
  • Leadership & Problemsolving skills
  • Develop and manage an effective and motivated team.
  • Knowledge of Primary and Secondary Capital market products will be an added advantage.
  • Required good liaising skills with various agencies. (will be required to coordinate with DP/ SEBI / NSDL / CDSL)
  • Able to handle statutory audits (SEBI, NSDL, CDSL) and meet various TAT as prescribed
  • Incumbent must have proven experience in handling large teams.
  • Assisting in implementing regulatory guidelines /procedures.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, PPT.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year

  • Mumbai, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- preferably from Financial services Industry: 10 years (preferred)
