Job Description:


  • Manage and supervise the CNC machine shop operations, including planning, organizing, and overseeing the production processes
  • Ensure the timely completion of production orders while maintaining highquality standards
  • Coordinate with the engineering team to review project specifications and develop efficient machining strategies
  • Optimize machine shop workflows and implement process improvements to enhance productivity
  • Monitor and control inventory levels of raw materials and tooling to meet production requirements
  • Train, mentor, and develop machine shop staff to ensure a highly skilled and motivated workforce
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, such as quality control and maintenance, to resolve production issues
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC machining technology and implement best practices in the machine shop.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
₹30, ₹45,000.00 per month
