Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.

  • Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
  • Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally, and overcome customer concerns to close sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.
  • Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in sales processes.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a highpressure sales environment.

Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
