Telesales Executive - Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India - Servokon Systems Limited
Description
Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list or database.- Present and promote products or services to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or inquiries.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and rejections professionally, and overcome customer concerns to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and strategies for improving sales performance.
- Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency in sales processes.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.
- Positive attitude, resilience, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated in a highpressure sales environment.
Pay:
₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
