Strategy and research:

Take ownership of services to be offered on our platforms including elaborating on the value proposition, target market, key differentiators and USPs, benchmarking, trends and vision
Work in liaison with the marketing team to understand current market trends
Developing a business case for the services, and creating a goto market plan highlighting clear opportunity, service features, and business value for all stakeholders
Strategic alliances:
Identify new vendors who can develop and deliver services
Build relationships with existing and potential service partners, manage vendor partnerships to achieve business goals
Negotiate and finalise deals with partners that benefit the company
Project management
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Work closely with crossfunctional teams for the flawless execution of multiple projects
Plan, design and implement mechanisms that allow customers to use multiple services on our digital platforms
Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime, within scope and within budget
Each service to be evaluated for brand fitment and feasibility
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
Measurement and tracking
Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and longterm goal
