**Job Summary:- **Kitchen staff are vital members of any food service establishment, responsible for preparing and cooking meals, maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, and ensuring efficient kitchen operations.

Chef/Head Chef:
- Oversees all kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and quality control.
- Develops recipes, creates menus, and ensures consistency in taste and presentation.
- Manages kitchen staff, schedules shifts, and trains new hires.
- Monitors inventory levels, orders supplies, and controls food costs.
- Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations.
Sous Chef:
- Assists the head chef in managing kitchen operations and staff.
- Helps with menu planning, recipe development, and food preparation.
- Supervises kitchen staff during service, ensuring efficiency and quality.
- Manages inventory, assists with ordering, and maintains cleanliness in the kitchen.
Line Cook/Chef de Partie:
- Prepares and cooks food according to established recipes and standards.
- Manages a specific station or area of the kitchen, such as grill, sauté, or pastry.
- Coordinates with other cooks and kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food production.
- Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
Prep Cook:
