Role:
Chat and Voice (Blended Customer service process)

Location :
Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Job type:
Work from office

Requirements:


  • HSC or Graduate, HSC with Customer service or Bpo experience
  • Fresher or experienced both can apply
  • Required 30wpm typing speed with 90% accuracy
  • Good knowledge of Computer specially in MS Office or E
  • Mail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated problemsolving and critical thinking abilities.
  • Responsible to handle customer or customer queries over the Mail, Chat or calls

Pay:
₹12, ₹18,000.00 per month
