Description

Required basic knowledge of Software and HardwarePorts and services such as web servers, File sharing Server(s) etc.

To assist in development of IT infrastructure in the organization.
Troubleshooting all problems related to all PC's, Laptops
Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks; talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone to help set up systems or resolve issues;
Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults;
Shift wise work will be required as per the requirement of the operations and providing support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports;
Good knowledge of Networking Equipment such as LAN / WAN / Routers / Switches / Hubs etc.
MS

Office Tools:
Word, Excel, Power Point and Good knowledge in Outlook Configuration.

Salary:
Up to ₹10,000.00 per month
