Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients, including individual buyers, investors, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and online content, to showcase our properties and attract potential buyers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, including development, construction, and finance, to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
  • Conduct property tours, host open houses, and participate in property exhibitions and events to showcase our projects and generate leads.
  • Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, contracts, and other legal documents in collaboration with legal and finance teams.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and regulatory requirements affecting the real estate market.
  • Collaborate with marketing agencies, advertising partners, and digital platforms to execute marketing campaigns and promotions effectively.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills and ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, property valuation, and sales processes.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
₹30, ₹100,000.00 per month
