Profile Summary:***
Roles & Responsibilities;

  • Understanding the client's requirements and then customizing the product/services as per their needs
  • Reaching out to new customers and making presentations or pitches outlining the benefits of product/ services
  • He/she will be responsible for payment follow up
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with crossfunctional product development/Onboarding/Customer Success teams
  • Be a part of the demo calls and pitch our Product to the customer and explain all the features and product offerings.
  • CRM Management leads, customers, partners, affiliates.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Work on documents
  • PPT, SOP, Proposal writing, BRD, FRD, SRS, etc, and other project deliverables as and when required.

Qualifications & competencies;

  • Preferably an MBA/PGDM, with strong technical education background
  • B.Tech(IT), BCA will be preferred.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication both written and verbal skills.
  • Familiarity with the tools and technologies like Zoho, or any SaaS/ERPbased platforms will be valueadded
  • Any prior corporate experience will be highly preferable.
