Our remuneration system includes exceptional incentives and reward system with salary appraisals in 3 months (performance basis) and promotion in 6 months.

Salary : 15, ,000/month + 20,000/month (variables)

Tasks/Obligations:


  • Identifying and communicating customer needs.
  • Achieving sales targets while complying with the company's policies and standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using the Company's CRM system.
  • Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.
  • Identify and analyse customers' financial needs and recommend suitable banking solutions, and advise on loans and investment products.
  • Active follow up on leads and customer inquiries to convert prospects into satisfied customers.
