Job Summary:
We are looking for talented and detailoriented Presentation & Document Design Specialists to join our team. Responsible for creating visually impactful presentations, proposals, and other documents that communicate our message clearly and effectively. Closely work with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into visually compelling and professional collaterals.
Core Responsibilities:
Presentations:
Create engaging and visually appealing presentations for internal and external audiences.
Design presentations using best practices and brand guidelines.
Utilize various design tools like PowerPoint, design softwares (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite
Document Formatting:
Format proposals, reports, and other documents according to company style guides and branding standards.
Ensure consistency in fonts, colours, layouts, and other design elements across all documents.
Proofread documents for errors in grammar, spelling, and formatting.
Work with colleagues to develop and maintain templates for various document types.
Assist with other creative projects as needed, such as marketing materials, social media graphics, or website design.
Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude, working effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
A graduate in any discipline
Minimum of 35 years of experience in presentation design or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative and innovative thinker.
