The APAC Planning Intelligent Hub is an Integrated control tower, managing the demand, supply, analytics, digitization activities across APAC Supply Chain Planning.

The Intelligent Hub has end-to-end visibility of the network and is expected to intervene proactively to mitigate risk and avoid disruption.

This will be enabled by supply chain digitization, synergies from process standardisation and centralization of work in a multi-language shared service model across all of APAC

**A Day in the Life

  • Responsible for ensuring ontime and optimum supply of inventory in the APAC subregions and subsequent timely replenishment of inventory to spoke DCs and external customers so as to meet and exceed revenue commitments.
  • Develop and maintain finished goods inventory targets by SKU based on service level objectives, forecast error, and replenishment lead times.
  • Minimize working capital costs by identifying opportunities to decrease finished goods inventory while delivering against service level objectives.
  • Work closely with regional and global Supply Chain functions and other functions (as needed) to support all new product launches and product transitions while achieving performance targets on service level, working capital, and SOGL.
  • Provide analysis of key KPI's and financial data to identify performance and cost improvement opportunities and execute on those initiatives.
  • Work with the Global teams to address plantrelated issues affecting product supply in a timely manner. Responsible for implementing an effective structure/mechanism to collaborate with global, regional and local stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with other functions within the APAC Planning COE so as to deliver on the initiatives and goals of the APAC Planning COE and the Planning Intelligent Hub
  • Identify and manage improvements in line with the Planning Strategy for APAC that is aligned with the Global Supply Chain strategies and supports the APAC subregions to obtain excellence in perfect order fulfilment, cost leverage and sustained productivity, collaborative & innovative strategic partnerships and continuous process improvements.

Must Have - Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain
  • Preferred 26 years experience in Supply Chain.
  • Must have experience in any of planning systems like APO/ Logility/ Infor/ Manugistics /Blue Yonder/
  • Nice if Experience in Medical Device Industry
  • Lean, Six Sigma green or black belt certification is a bonus
  • Effective and seasoned working in a matrix organization and multilevel stakeholder management
  • Must Demonstrate ability to communicate professionally in English, both written and orally, to wide variety of audiences
