Description

Responsibilities:

Ability to collaborate with the technical team to ensure a smooth implementation process

Co-ordinate with clients to gather necessary information for customization

Provide guidance& Support during implementation

Build & maintain strong relationships with clients post-implementation

Collaborate with the support team to address & resolve client issues

Serve as a POC for clients regarding product-related inquiries


Must-Have:
Excellent spoken and written communication and presentation skills

Be a self-starter, a team player and have the ability to work under mínimal guidance

Ability to adapt quickly & be a swift learner

Good personality & excellent body language

Exude confidence and inspire other team member


Preferred:

Tech-savvy, Exposure to atleast technologies like IoT, AI, etc

Conversational knowledge of any 2 other Indian languages would be a plus, apart from the native one


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent, Fresher


Schedule:

  • Day shift

Experience:

Marketing Executive: 1 year (preferred)


Ability to Relocate:

  • Pune, Maharashtra: Relocate before starting work (preferred)
