Key Responsibilities:


As a Sales Coordinator at Sugar Blossoms Bakery, you will be an integral part of our sales team, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between various departments, clients, and customers.


Your primary responsibilities will include:
1.


Order Processing:

Receive and process incoming orders from clients, both individuals and businesses, ensuring accurate details, product availability, and timely delivery.

2.


Client Communication:

Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing product information, and offering personalized assistance to drive sales and customer satisfaction.

3.


Sales Support:
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets. Provide administrative support by preparing sales reports, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth.

4.


Inventory Management:

Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the production team to ensure products are available to fulfill orders promptly.

5.


Order Tracking:
Keep clients informed about the status of their orders, including tracking shipments and resolving any potential delivery issues.

6.


Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, production, and delivery teams to ensure a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.

7.


Problem Resolution:

Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner, striving to achieve swift resolutions to maintain positive relationships.

Market Knowledge:

Stay updated about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to provide valuable insights for product development and sales strategies.
