Responsibilities:


  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat.
  • Provide accurate information about products/services and address customer concerns.
  • Maintain a positive and customerfocused attitude throughout interactions.
  • Follow predefined scripts and guidelines while adapting to unique customer situations.
  • Document and track customer interactions and issue resolutions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and seamless customer experience.
  • Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures.

Requirements:


  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong problemsolving abilities.
  • Customeroriented with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Previous customer service or chat support experience is a plus.
