Responsibilities
handling customer inquiries and resolving their concerns

Responsible for accurately documenting customer interactions, inquiries and resolutions

Play a crucial role in addressing complaints

Escalate unresolved queries to respective departments for accurate redressal

Excellent communication skills

Good listening and problem solving skills

Good interpersonal skills

Should be able to multitask

Must have 6 months of experience in a similar profile


Qualifications
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.


Salary:
₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
