Job Responsibilities:

  • Acquire holiday homes for the region as per sales target and brand guidelines set by the organization within the defined
CAC & TAT

  • Effectively build a sufficient lead pipeline to ensure supply targets are met
  • Take initiatives to engage with the lead pipeline on an ongoing basis ensuring a higher possible conversion rate
  • Effectively negotiate and ensure best commercials for all leads converted
  • Support teams in retention, grievances and the performance of properties onboarded to achieve growth and hit sales
targets

  • Manage documentation and data of leads and converted homes
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

Required Skills:


  • A usercentric approach to drive higher satisfaction among owners, guests
  • Good in strategic thinking and datadriven decisionmaking
  • Ability to execute and drive efficiency through continuous process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
  • Strong in building and maintaining the relationship with stakeholders
  • Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
  • Strongly inclined to do highquality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Pay:
₹30, ₹50,000.00 per month
