Job Summary:

1.)

Product Selection:
Collaborate with jewelry designers and manufacturers to select products for our inventory. Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and sales data to make informed product selection decisions.
2.)

Pricing and Profitability:
Determine competitive and attractive pricing for jewelry items, balancing profitability with customer appeal
3.)

Market Research:
Utilize market research to make informed decisions about product selection and marketing strategies.
4.)

Customer Service:
Collaborate with the customer to address customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests related to jewelry products.


Qualifications:

1.)Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
2.)1-2years experience in jewelry merchandising or a related role in the jewelry industry.
3.)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4.)Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
5.)Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior in the jewelry industry.
6.)Proficiency in inventory management and pricing strategies.
7.)Creative thinking and an eye for visual merchandising.
8.)Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.


Interview Process:


  • We've 3 interview rounds

1.) 1st Round:

  • HR ROUND-To check whether communication is upto mark & basic detail check

2.) 2nd Round:

  • CRM 1 / CRM 2 (depending upon experience)
  • Drafting to customer queries

3.) 3nd Round:

  • Face to Face (Final Round)
  • CEO/T

Job Types:

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
