Roles and Responsibilities:

Evaluate and execute Learning Management Systems Activities to include but not limited to:

  • Assignments, Removals, Extension of Due Dates.


  • E Learning Courses

  • New, modifications, revisions, Completion Credit/Waive Credits, Content builds and Testing.
  • Curriculum's Adding/Revising/Deactivating.


  • Exams

  • New, modifications, revisions, Exam Resets.


  • Instructor Led Training

  • Offerings, Roster management.
  • Read & Acknowledgements (documents/flat files)
  • New, modifications, revisions.
  • Collaborate with project teams.
  • Attend meetings both onsite as needed and virtually (e.g., weekly team huddles).

Required Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in related area (or a high school graduate/GED or equivalent relevant work experience).

Desired Characteristics:


  • Strong customer service skills and experience, communicating with a variety of groups of customers at different levels.
  • Prior experience working in a call center or help desk managing work in a queue.
  • Able to manage data electronically.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Experience in building productive working relationships with the business unit you support.
  • Effective organization and time management skills.
  • Able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Experience developing training with eLearning software.
  • Experience in training curriculum development preferred.
  • Analytical and problem resolution skills.
  • Proactive responsible individual, able to set own action plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT).
  • Locations including
    remote work arrangements, will be considered.
