Description
Answer incoming and outgoing customer calls promptly and professionally.

  • Listen and resolve actively to customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
  • Assist customers in resolving issues and proactively providing the solutions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain detailed records.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality in customer service.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and share feedback with the team.
  • Meet and exceed performance targets, including call handling time and customer satisfaction metrics.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
  • Need to generate/convert reviews via calls

Pay:
