Customer Relation Executive - Surat, India - Janasya
Description
1) Be a SPOC for all customer-related queries2) Identify tasks critical to keeping customer satisfaction levels in check
3) Order Management
- Manage customer queries/issues/complaints regarding product/logistics/delivery/returns etc. in a timely manner
5) Coordinate with external vendor's/service providers and seek timely updates impacting customer experience
6) Inform/Guide customers about new product launches/collections/offers and help customer make a happy buying decision
7) Reach out to customers for timely Feedback and reviews
8) Competition analysis
- new features/services offered by competition to improve customer experience
9) Proficiency in analytics and reports. Prepare data points impacting customer experience, present VOCs
1) A Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience
3) Good interpersonal skills, good command over English and Hindi (both written and verbal)
4) Tech friendly
- open to learn CRM tools
Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
